Write to contact@cardgamesio-games.website.yandexcloud.net and a person on the team will read it. There is no phone support, so email is the only way in.

Three kinds of messages get answered fastest:

• A broken game. Name the game, the device and browser, and what happened. If a card would not move or a score came out wrong, say which round it was.
• A game suggestion. Tell us the game and why it belongs next to hearts, spades, rummy, chess and dominoes. A short note on how a round ends helps more than a long pitch.
• A rights question. If you are a developer or rights holder and want to ask about a game on the site, say so in the subject line and include the details we would need to check.

Expect a reply in about a week. We read everything, but a clear subject and a few specifics go a long way.
