Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this site and the card and table games on it. By playing, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
Free for personal use
The games here are free to play for your own personal enjoyment. You do not need an account to start a hand of hearts or a game of chess. You may not sell access to the games, charge others to play them, or use them as part of a paid product or service without permission.
Games belong to their developers
Each game is the work of the people who made it. The rules, code, art, sounds, and names belong to those developers. We host the games; we do not claim ownership of them. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer a game or its assets, except where the developer's own terms allow it.
No warranty that every game works on every device
We do not promise that every game will run on every browser, screen size, or device. Card and table games use different technologies, and some may not work on older browsers or with certain settings. We also do not promise that a game will always be available or free of bugs. Play is provided as is.
No cheating or abuse
Play fair. Do not cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, automate play to disrupt others, or attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its games. Do not harass other players or post abusive content where the site allows interaction. We may block access for abuse.
External game content comes from third parties
Some games are provided by outside developers and may load content from their own servers. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. If a third-party game changes or stops working, that is outside our hands.
The site may change or remove games
We may add, update, or remove games at any time. A game you like today might not be here next month. We may also change these terms; the current version will be posted on this page.
